Our Team Leader

CS Amruta Giradkar is a Qualified Company Secretary of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She also holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. She has a working  experience of 5 years as Company Secretary for various listed companies also have an experience of 2 years as Merchant Banker in an Investment Banking firm before she started her practice in September 2017. During her expedition, she handled the projects for Corporate Laws and RBI, General Corporate Advisory matters and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) matters, IPO, Mergers and Acquisitions, Takeovers, Due Diligence, Valuations, Delisting, etc.
